Welcome to Boho Butterfly LLC (“Boho Butterfly,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website bohobutterfly.com (the “Site”), any purchases you make from us, and your interactions with our services, including TikTok Shop and other connected platforms.

By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or purchasing through TikTok Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

By using our Site or making a purchase, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are using the Site with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree not to use our Site or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We do our best to display product colors, styles, and details accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be exact.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including pricing and availability) and to cancel or refuse orders placed based on incorrect information, even after an order has been submitted.

4. 💳 Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes, shipping, and fees.
We may cancel or refuse orders if we suspect fraud, unauthorized use, or violations of these Terms.

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other listed providers). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

5. 📦 Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipment times and delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; we are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Additional shipping details, if any, may be provided in a separate Shipping Policy. In the event of a conflict, these Terms will prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

6. 🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Any specific return windows, condition requirements (such as unworn or unused items), and non-returnable items will be detailed there.

7. 🛍️ TikTok Shop Orders

You may purchase certain Boho Butterfly products through TikTok Shop. When you do so, both these Terms and TikTok’s platform terms may apply.

Order fulfillment, shipping, and customer service for TikTok orders are handled by Boho Butterfly, but certain payment, dispute, and platform rules are governed by TikTok.
TikTok may collect data about your activity on its platform; see our Privacy Policy and TikTok’s own policies for more information.
In case of a conflict between these Terms and TikTok Shop’s policies, TikTok’s rules may apply to platform-specific issues such as in-app disputes or payment handling.

8. 🎨 Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and our sales channels — including logos, brand names, product descriptions, images, graphics, and designs — is owned by or licensed to Boho Butterfly LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
The Boho Butterfly name and branding may not be used in connection with any other product or service without our consent.

You agree not to use the Site or our services:
